Technical Design & Building Regulations

At Technical Design stage we will prepare the detailed technical design drawings and specifications which will be used to tender the building project to proposed contractors, as well as for construction purposes and Building Regulations formal application. Drawings will be comprehensive, and the information package will also include schedules and specifications.

Acting as lead consultant, we will manage the wider design team throughout this stage, covering civil, structural, and building services design, as well as any other specialist design inputs required, such as specialist equipment.

We will lodge the formal Building Control application and drive this to a conclusion with the Local Authority Building Control officers.
