Feasibility & Site Appraisals

Feasibility studies are a large part of our business and often serve as the pathway to unlocking a project or identifying a development opportunity that perhaps hasn’t been considered previously. At this stage, our key objective is to clearly understand the client’s strategic brief. To do this, we will have focused workshops with the client key team and stakeholders.

We will work together to compile the project brief, and to clearly define the project budget and key timescales. Once we have compiled all relevant information, we will produce a feasibility design, and present this in various formats depending on client needs.

A cost appraisal can also be undertaken, and this would be basic sq. m. rate assessment to give a broad indication at this early stage.
