Developed Design & Planning Consents

At Developed Design stage the concept design will be fully developed and space-planned to ensure that all accommodation requirements are achieved. A full suite of design information will be produced from the project 3D model with plans, sections, elevations and rendered visuals as some of the outputs.

In addition, a fully detailed elemental cost plan will be undertaken to allow the client and stakeholders to sign-off the full design. We will co-ordinate the inputs from the wider design team members to provide a fully comprehensive solution.

At this stage, we will oversee the full planning application and its lodgement with the planning authority. This can be comprehensive depending on project scale and scope with requirements for specialist surveys and reports such as ecology, trees, traffic and transport assessment, drainage, and flood risk. HPA can assist in the selection of the proposed project team and manage their appointment and project program delivery.
