ST PANCRAS INTL – STATION REST ROOMS
HPA have had a long-standing relationship with both HS1 and our partnering contractor in St Pancras, B2D and we have delivered over 10 projects within this prestigious station, something we are immensely proud of. This was the first project, to provide state of the art visitor rest room facilities for the retail area of the station and the Eurostar international travellers arriving in London.

We were appointed on this project directly by JV Partners BMR/B2D to deliver the construction drawing package for the new facilities. We partnered closely with HS1’s concept designer, Brunskhill Design, to faithfully deliver their high-end design concept, which comprised high quality and robust surfaces of corian, coloured glass and ceramics, to cope with the high footfall traffic of St Pancras which sees 5 million plus users. We provided the site support and supervision, attending regular client review meetings with HS1 and their stakeholders throughout the process.
