HPA provided architectural services for this luxury housing scheme on a prominent site on the edge of Moira town, County Down. Comprising two phases, the development in total and once finished will boast 83 no. units (60 dwellings, 23 apartments) total.

HPA were part of an extensive project team including, but not limited to a planning consultant, civil, structural, mechanical and electrical engineers. A landscape architect also assisted in developing the wider site strategy. HPA’s role primarily was in developing the planning drawings, gaining stamped approval and then developing these through to construction issue and building control stage. The client employed their own clerk of works to undertake the role of site supervisor with HPA acting in a supporting role and attending site to answer queries whenever necessary.
Following completion of Phase 1 the contractor ‘DB Contracts’ was a shortlisted finalist in the private housing category of the ‘Construction Excellence Awards 2021’. At HPA we’re proud of the standard of finish achieved on this project which we believe raises the benchmark for similar development in the area.
