HPA & Reds10 were successful in winning a Design Bid to deliver a 3000sqm temporary school building for Marylebone Boys School, in North West London. This was the first of 2 large modular schools we delivered with Reds10.

HPA worked closely with the school to finalise accommodation requirements & design. Prior to lodging planning in Jan 2016, HPA also liaised closely with Brent Planning Department to adapt the overall design to address particular planning concerns associated with this restricted development site (Tree retention issues, impact on adjacent residential buildings, etc).
Works commenced on site in September 2016 and the new building was handed over in February 2017.
