Situated on Linenhall Street and primarily occupying the 1st & 2nd Floors, the library provides a mix of accommodation in addition to the traditional library.

Facilities include internet services, coffee shop, performance area, lecture room and dedicated youth & children’s space. Together with the 30,000sqft of library accommodation, a further 9000sqft of Retail accommodation is provided at ground floor level. In addition, the building was extended by 2 floors during the early design stages to provide office facility for the Public

Prosecution Service, a high quality office provision.
The building places sustainability high on the agenda with mixed mode ventilation through a floor plenum, exposed concrete to regulate temperatures plus solar shading.

HPA where re-engaged in 2010, to complete further internal enhancement works to the main reception & expansion of the administration office spaces.
