GREEN PASTURES CHURCH
The Gateway Spiritual and Socio-Economic Regeneration Partnership (SSERP) along with other business partners, seek to bring about transformation through the intervention and investment of resources consistent with locally agreed priorities and objectives. A church-inspired, spiritually-led regeneration partnership, this principle was previously implemented at Gracehill, the pioneering Moravian settlement near Ballymena.

This project contains an unprecedented development mix and the SSERP plan to develop unprecedented facilities and ministries specifically designed to effect the transformation sought by multiple agencies and the local communities. Voluntary community engagement suggests overwhelming support for this development. The Masterplan contains at its heart is a church facility of 20,184sqm comprising a 4,320 seat Church Auditorium, 1,200 kids facility, 400 youth facility, 1,600 capacity for on mall seating and dining, a gym, creative suite, recording studios, family entertainment facility, offices, dance studios, etc.
Future plans are also in progress for a 60 bed hotel, drive thru restaurant, pfs, medium sized food store, leisure facility, 7no. neighbourhood retail units, 2no. riverside restaurants, wedding chapel, 100 bed student accommodation, training and education centre, Compassion Social Care Village, outdoor pursuits centre with 11no. chalets, business park and business innovation centre, Compassion Elderly Care Park, Compassion Housing, Social Housing sites, Residential development sites, Garden retail centre, 400m 6no. lane running track, 3G football pitch, Regional BMX track, WashBasin Community Care Centre and parkland walkways with riverside park.
