HPA are extremely proud to have been appointed as architects for Ireland by Frasers Group. The Flannels brand is being expanded in Ireland and the first of these to be made public, is Flannels Dublin, which is in the historic Clery’s Building in O’Connell Street.

The project comprises of retail at Ground and Basement levels. This scheme is part of a wider full refurbishment of the Clery’s building by the developer. HPA are managing the design of the fit-out works to this high-end store, delivering the brand designers concept (by Argent) through to construction. We are co-ordinating the building services design, which is complex due to its basement smoke strategy, as well as dealing with the interface between the fit-out works and the historic fabric of this important building. Fit-out works are due to commence in the latter half of 2022.
